We are officially participating in todays blackout strike by blacking out our website for 24 hours to protest agents the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) in the U.S. House of Representatives, and the PROTECT IP Act (PIPA) in the U.S. Senate. We are a web and graphic design company as well as an internet marketing company and such acts can severely hurt our business, the business of our clients, and other businesses in our professional industry.
Further more, the current economic state of the United States could not, can not, and will not withstand such tyranny! Do we really need to lose more jobs? An abundant amount of American Consumers are utilizing the internet to shop, connect with friends and family; share thoughts, views, feelings, and ideas. If the American People are stripped of such liberties that they have become accustomed to then how far away is the United State from becoming a communistic state?
We encourage everyone that reads this to join the protest! Blackout your social Media profiles, websites and blogs to show Congress that WE THE PEOPLE will not stand for such tyranny!
Stop American Censorship
On Wednesday Jan. 18th thousands of sites will go dark to protest SOPA & PIPA, two US bills racing through Congress that threaten prosperity, online security, and freedom of expression.
